"Marisely and Pablo Marte are the founders and biblical counselors at Life Anchor Center — and before any of that, they were two people trying to survive.
For decades, they moved through charismatic environments, word of faith theology, the prosperity gospel, and the prophetic movement — believing they were following God while slowly losing themselves. The hype was loud. The pressure was constant. And when life fell apart — through addiction, a mental health crisis in 2014, the loss of their home in 2018, and starting over in Fairport, New York — there was nothing built on solid ground to hold them.
What they found in the wreckage was not a new program or a better church experience. It was the actual gospel. Unhyped. Unmanipulated. Deeply merciful. The unchanging truth of who God is and what He has actually done. That discovery — slow, honest, and costly — became the foundation of everything Life Anchor Center is built on.
Today, Marisely and Pablo walk alongside individuals, couples, and families who are exactly where they once were. They do not offer formulas. They do not offer hype. They bring God's Word — carefully, honestly, and compassionately — to wherever you are."
