Our structured biblical counseling program for women, men, and couples. Every session is rooted in Scripture and designed to move you from survival mode to being truly anchored in Christ.
Anchor Foundation — 6 months / 6 sessions — $720
Full Anchor Program — 12 months / 12 sessions — $1,440

Scripture-rooted support for couples who want to rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and grow in unity. Whether you feel stuck, disconnected, or simply want to invest in your marriage, we’ll help you move forward with practical, Christ-centered counsel.

For Women Nationwide
The Inner Room Membership — $27/month
A private online biblical community for women who want more than surface-level faith. Monthly Scripture teachings, real community, and resources — all in a safe, Christ-centered space. For women who refuse to do faith alone.
In-Person Experiences
Women's Retreats & Salt Room Sessions
Gospel-centered gatherings in Fairport, NY. The salt room is a place of rest, renewal, and optional Scripture reflection. Retreats are intimate experiences for community, worship, and spiritual refreshment. Pricing announced per event.

Your Guides
Meet Marisely & Pablo
We didn't start Life Anchor Center because we had it all figured out. We started it because we didn't — and God rebuilt us from the ground up. We came out of broken theology, personal pain, and a faith that had to be torn down before it could be made real.
Marisely is a Board Certified Christian Counselor (BCC) completing her ACBC certification. Pablo serves alongside her in couples counseling. Together, we walk with people through the hardest seasons of their lives — not as experts who have arrived, but as fellow travelers who know the way because Christ anchored us first.
