Mari grew up in a faith run by fear — taught she could lose her salvation any day, that feelings were proof of God, that everything was a sin. She moved through legalistic, charismatic, prosperity, and word-of-faith churches without ever hearing the real gospel.
Pablo wasn't a believer at all — until November 15, 2018, when he came to know the Lord.
Then God took us through the fire. We lost the job. The house. Nearly everything. What looked like ruin was God's design to call us to Himself. Mari got sober on January 1, 2019. In 2023 we found a Reformed church and, for the first time, saw the gospel clearly.
Leaving bad theology is lonely. You lose your bearings. You grieve. You stop trusting your own decisions. We know that firsthand — and that's exactly why we do this work. So no one has to walk it alone.
